At Belgrade Youth Center I held a short presentation-training on how to get successful career for group of 30 young talented girls at the Komercijalna Banka School for Talents.

In cooperation with Belgrade Chamber of Commerce consultants from Japan International Cooperation Agency Takashi Kimura ( CEO, Kijiku Consulting), Masashi Yamanaka (CEO, United leaders Inc) together with consultants from Serbia, CMC Miodrag Kostic (CEO Veza d.o.o) and mr Marko Burazor (CEO BCAgency) held a public training “Japanese way for Business in Serbia” on March 18th. Training participants were able to hear and learn on success stories of Japanese companies and discuss how can they use them to improve their own business here in Serbia.

On December 11th I performed marketing planning workshop for Academy of Modern Management 2013 at ESTIEM LG Belgrade student organisation. ESTIEM LG Belgrade represents a Local group of ESTIEM (European students of industrial engineering and management) settled at Faculty of Organizational Sciences at University of Belgrade.

On November 28th I have performed interactive workshop for regional managers and franchise owners of LUKOIL company in Belgrade.

On 25th and 26th November 2014 in Belgrade, Miodrag Kostic held “Train the trainer workshop for Serbian consultants in Innovation and Innovation readiness” as part of the EU innovation project “Integrated Innovation Support Programme“.

We have performed public training “Sales presentation for key account (B2B) customers” in Belgrade Chamber of Commerce. With more than a dozen participants, together with Marko Burazor, we were able to share our knowledge and experiences.

On October 1st and 2nd I was in Montenegro to perform two day innovation, transformation management and creativity facilitation training for sales and customer service  departments of Crnogorski Telekom Company.

I celebrated my 56th birthday at Kogo Lounge Bar on Danube river. What a memorable moment!

In April, May and June we have performed the last 4 of 8 interactive workshops in Nis, Belgrade, Cacak and Subotica as part of the EU innovation project “Integrated Innovation Support Programme“. We worked with more than 300 enterprises on improving their innovation capacity.

As follow up to previous training “Key account B2B sales strategy” we have performed “Planning and performing B2B key-account sales call” interactive workshop at Belgrade Chamber of Commerce. This was the first training of its kind in Serbia on major account sales strategy and tactics. Together with my co-trainer Marko Burazor, through number of interactive exercises, we were able to get our training participants to share their knowledge and experiences.

As part of the EU innovation project “Integrated Innovation Support Programme“, I performed number of workshops for Technology Broker Training Programme together with Dr Martin McGurk, IISP Technology Brokerage Expert. We worked with more than 30 technology brokers to assist in developing a national technology brokers programme.

Together with ‘Kreativne Inovacije‘ consulting company we have performed two day business improvement training & innovation workshop for managers and formans of ‘Termorad Company‘ in Pozega. Great experience, wonderful people!

In February we have performed 6 days of interactive workshops in Nis and Kragujevac as part of the EU innovation project “Integrated Innovation Support Programme“. We worked with more than 100 enterprises on increasing their innovation capacity and improving their business.

My company VEZA Ltd. was selected through public competition for the implementation of the Soko Banja Youth Entrepreneurship Action Plan, organized by Municipality of Sokobanja and USAID ES Project.  The project was officially opened on February 1^st in Soko Banja Municipality office.

I was part of the small team of trainers and coaches that performed six interactive workshops at the EU innovation project part of the “Integrated Innovation Support Programme” event in Hotel Moskva in Belgrade. We worked with more than 70 enterprises on increasing their innovation capacity and to improve their business.

With colleagues from Kreativne Inovacije and Quality Austria Center we have performed business improvement workshops with SMEs from Southern Serbia in Jagodina as part of the Europian SME Week program. I held workshop on sales strategy and action planning in selling.

We had a challenging job at YURA Corporation Serbia (multinational company from S. Korea) working with large groups of 30-40 middle managers and supervisors on leadership, motivation, teamwork and solving management problems. Fortunately the training participants were young, highly  motivated individuals, and it was a great experience for everybody.

At our yearly assembly of UPKS Association of Management Consultants of Serbia we have voted for the new board and other association bodies. After two terms as a member of the board of directors I was voted for membership in the UPKS supervisory board.
