In cooperation with Belgrade Chamber of Commerce consultants from Japan International Cooperation Agency Takashi Kimura ( CEO, Kijiku Consulting), Masashi Yamanaka (CEO, United leaders Inc) together with consultants from Serbia, CMC Miodrag Kostic (CEO Veza d.o.o) and mr Marko Burazor (CEO BCAgency) held a public training “Japanese way for Business in Serbia” on March 18th. Training participants were able to hear and learn on success stories of Japanese companies and discuss how can they use them to improve their own business here in Serbia.

We have performed public training “Sales presentation for key account (B2B) customers” in Belgrade Chamber of Commerce. With more than a dozen participants, together with Marko Burazor, we were able to share our knowledge and experiences.
As follow up to previous training “Key account B2B sales strategy” we have performed “Planning and performing B2B key-account sales call” interactive workshop at Belgrade Chamber of Commerce. This was the first training of its kind in Serbia on major account sales strategy and tactics. Together with my co-trainer Marko Burazor, through number of interactive exercises, we were able to get our training participants to share their knowledge and experiences.
