I was inspired by reading a book: “<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Predictably_Irrational" target="_blank">Predictably Irrational: The Hidden Forces That Shape Our Decisions</a>”, a 2008 book by Dan Ariely, in which he challenges readers&#8217; assumptions about making decisions based on rational thought. I found a great video clip featuring Dan Ariely. Enjoy it!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today I was at the gathering of bloggers (Serbian blogosphere) together with people from <a href="http://www.toshiba.co.jp/worldwide/index.html" title="toshiba" target="_blank">Toshiba</a> company.  We were talking with Mr. Adrijan Vazdar, Business Manager, Adriatic region. First hand we were able to hear about their new and innovative campaign &#8220;No matter What Guarantee&#8221; in Serbia. After learning about &#8220;No matter What Guarantee&#8221; campaign in Serbia, I can say Toshiba is also leading innovation in the field of sales and marketing. As my Hawaiian friends used to say, don’t only talk &#8220;<em>The customer first</em>&#8220;, but &#8220;Walk the talk&#8221;, and Toshiba does it.</p>
