Today I have had an extraordinary experience. I have attended the sales seminar here in Belgrade by one of the greatest sales gurus in the world Tom Hopkins. It was way beyond my wildest expectations. The greatest salesman in the world (sold 365 homes in 1 year) “walked the talk” and proved his reputation as the greatest sales practitioner. It was a day to remember for me and other delighted participants.

Today I was at the gathering of bloggers (Serbian blogosphere) together with people from Toshiba company. We were talking with Mr. Adrijan Vazdar, Business Manager, Adriatic region. First hand we were able to hear about their new and innovative campaign “No matter What Guarantee” in Serbia. The campaign was promoted on blogosphere (web site www.garancijabezobzira.rs) We all know about “Toshiba Leading Innovation” tagline, and assumed it applies to technological innovation only. After learning about “No matter What Guarantee” campaign in Serbia, I can say Toshiba is also leading innovation in the field of sales and marketing. As my Hawaiian friends used to say, don’t only talk “The customer first“, but “Walk the talk”, and Toshiba does it.
