I was attending one day seminar “How to motivate employees without money?”, held by professor Randy Richards form St. Ambrose University in Iowa. The seminar was organized by Mate d.o.o. and provided wealth of valuable knowledge and experience. Professor Randy Richards was the business leader and consultant for many years so his interactive training made me gain clarity on the very important subject of motivation (selling is 90% motivation and only 10% technique). It was great and unforgettable experience.

Today we held the first regular assembly of our Association of Management Consultants of Serbia (Udruzenje Poslovnih Konsultanata Srbije – UPKS). For the second time I was elected as member of the board of directors.

Last weekend we had a great learning experience with InnoGroup company employees from Belgrade. We have performed our “Customer service training” but we also did a training module on LEAN and KAIZEN methodology. It was all good time.
